2018年9月9日信达生物制药（Innovent Biologics）公司宣布其开发的CD47单抗（IBI188）已获国家药品监督管理局（NMPA，前身为CFDA）批准用于临床试验。Innovent将推出几项基于该单抗药物的临床试验，以评估其对多种肿瘤的安全性和有效性，包括非霍奇金淋巴瘤和卵巢癌。这是该公司今年收到的第四份IND认证，分别为CTLA-4 单抗，RANKL单抗，OX40单抗和CD47单抗。

CD47作为抗肿瘤免疫治疗领域的重要靶点之一，专家们认为该靶点很可能成为继PD1 / PD-L1的突破性成功后，免疫肿瘤学领域的下一个"明星"靶点。抗CD47单克隆抗体的开发最近也引起了广泛的关注。

Innovent创始人兼首席执行官兼主席Michael Yu表示："Innovent坚持不懈地专注于药品的创新和质量。我们希望通过努力，可以推进癌症治疗的发展，为患者提供更好的治疗选择，以改善他们的生存率。"

Innovent首席科学官Kerry Blanchard博士说："新的数据表明，CD47抗体与其他治疗方法相结合，包括抗PD-1单抗，可以提高抗肿瘤效果。Innovent目前的丰富管道可以将IBI188与多种药物组合，很可能创造出多种突破性的癌症治疗方案，以满足未来更多患者需求。"
