Genocea Biosciences是一家开发个性化癌症免疫疗法的生物制药公司，今天宣布其肿瘤新抗原疫苗GEN-009的1 / 2a期试验第一个结果。Genocea利用其ATLAS平台进行患者特异性新抗原选择，使用每位患者自身的T细胞来鉴定每位患者携带的抗肿瘤细胞因子新抗原。

Genocea首席医疗官Tom Davis博士说："到目前为止，我们已经分析了三个患者在三次接种疫苗后引发的完整免疫反应数据，并且已经检测到93％的新抗原可引起免疫反应。"

"我们正在研究另一组患者的数据，尽管存在差异，我们仍然看到广泛免疫反应，包括离体 CD8 + T细胞反应，这些反应以前从未在新抗原疫苗单药治疗后检测到。我们将在即将召开的美国临床肿瘤学会（ASCO）会议上，汇报详细免疫原性和安全性数据。"
