J Endod:3种不同根管封闭剂的溶解性和pH值:一项长期调查研究

溶解性的测试按照ISO6876:2012标准执行。将380个封闭样本(n = 10 per group)在双蒸水(AD)或PBS中放置6个月。溶解度结果依据质量百分比的差异进行检测。pH值的检测使用电子pH计按照溶解度测试的实验设置进行。所得结果使用analysis of variance, Student-Newman-Keuls和t检验进行统计学评估(P < .05)。

结果显示,溶解度最高的为AD中的MTA (4.65% ± 1.17%),随后为AD中的BR (3.88% ± 0.42%) (P < .05)。在PBS中,MTA (3.24% ± 0.7%)也表现出比BR (1.78% ± 0.5%)更高的溶解度(P < .05)。AH在整个过程中不溶解(0.5% ± 0.5%) (P < .05)。所有样本的pH值均随着时间的延长而逐渐降低。6个月后,BD在AD中表现出最高的pH值(pH 10.3),其次为AD中的MTA (pH 8.8)、PBS中的BR (pH 7.5)、PBS中的AH (pH 7.3)、PBS中的MTA (pH 7.2)和AD中的AH (pH 6.3)。

结论:与BR和AH相比,MTA的溶解度明显增加。存储在PBS中会显著减少MTA和BR的溶解度。BR在AD和PBS中比MTA在AD和PBS中表现出更高的pH值。AH并不会导致明显的pH变化。
