GUT:AI系统助力结肠镜检查敏感性

研究认为,智能系统可显著提高结肠镜腺瘤检出率,对小腺瘤及增生性息肉具有极高的检查敏感性

结肠镜直肠癌死亡率的影响受到多个因素的限制,导致腺瘤检出率 (ADRs) 有限。近日研究人员考察了智能检测系统对息肉检测率和ADR的影响。

结肠镜检查人群随机接受智能辅助系统结肠镜检查或传统肠镜检查,智能组通过视觉和声音提示潜在病变,研究的主要终点为ADR。

1058名患者参与研究,其中标准组536人,智能辅助检查组522人。研究发现AI系统可显著提高患者ADR(29.1% vs 20.3%)以及人均腺瘤检查数(0.53 vs 0.31)。AI系统对小腺瘤具有极高的敏感性(185vs102),但大腺瘤检测敏感性差异不显著(77 vs 58),此外AI系统可提高增生性息肉的检出率(114 vs 52)。

研究认为,智能系统可显著提高结肠镜腺瘤检出率,对小腺瘤及增生性息肉具有极高的检查敏感性。
