EUR J Cancer：卡培他滨联合贝伐单抗在转移性结直肠癌维持治疗中的成本效益分析

研究者们根据CAIRO3临床研究（n=558）结果，采用Markov模型进行决策分析，对CAP-B的维持治疗进行了成本效益分析。其中完全响应和部分响应的患者均纳入分析范围。主要参数包括增量成本效益比（ICER），生命年（LY）和质量调整生命年（QALY）。结果显示，与观察组相比，CAP-B的维持治疗产生了0.21 QALYs（0.18 LYs），平均成本增加了36385欧元，每QALY产生了1751752英镑的ICER。

综上所述，CAP-B维持治疗能够显著改善健康状况，但也造成了成本增加。目前尚不能确定CAP-B维持治疗是一种成本效益较高的选择。
