本研究旨在验证对曾有胆管介入史的肝恶性肿瘤患者行钇90 (90Y)经动脉放射性栓塞术（TARE）后肝胆管感染的发生率，并将结果发表在radiology上。

本研究旨在验证对曾有胆管介入史的肝恶性肿瘤患者行钇90 (90Y)经动脉放射性栓塞术（TARE）后肝胆管感染的发生率，并将结果发表在radiology上。

本研究分析了有胆管介入史的肝恶性肿瘤且行TARE治疗的患者的病历。手机肝脏功能、90Y剂量、抗生素预防和胃肠道准备情况。主要结果为出现肝脏感染。

结果为，共有126例有原发性(n = 39)或转移性(n = 87)肝恶性肿瘤且有胆管介入史的患者（男性84例，女性42例，平均年龄68.8岁）。肝脏感染（肝脏脓肿9例，胆管炎5例）共出现在10/126例患者中。所有患者均行住院治疗。10例患者需要穿刺脓肿引流，3例患者行内镜导管引流和取石术，1例患者需要穿刺胆管引流5例患者感染得到控制，4例患者死亡（2例患者死于感染，2例患者死于肿瘤进展），1例患者仍进行抗生素治疗。使用玻璃微球(P = .02)、肝脏切除或消融术史(P = .02)和年龄较小(P = .003)是发生感染风险较高的独立预测因子。

本研究表明，曾行胆管介入治疗的肝脏恶性肿瘤行TARE后发生的感染并发症（脓肿、胆管炎）虽然发生率较低，但是较为严重的并发症。
