这篇研究的目的是使用一种新型抗疲劳测试模型在氧化锆内评估不同温度(0°C, 10°C, 22°C, 37°C和60°C)对镍钛(NiTi)锉循环疲劳寿命的影响。研究选取3种superelastic NiTi锉(EndoSequence [Brasseler USA, Savannah, GA], ProFile [Dentsply Tulsa Dental Specialties, Tulsa, OK]和K3 [SybronEndo, Orange, CA]), 以及3种heat-treated (K3XF [SybronEndo], Vortex [Dentsply Tulsa Dental Specialties]和HyFlex CM [Coltene-Whaledent, Allstetten, Switzerland]) NiTi锉作为试验对象, 所有器械型号均为25/.04。将其置于一种全新的弯曲度为60°、半径为5-mm的人造陶瓷根管内进行循环疲劳试验。随后将模型浸入5种不同预设温度的水浴中。记录循环失效(NCF)的数量,并通过扫描电镜观察检测器械折断表面。通过2-way方
