发现医生抗生素使用知识参差不齐

来自华中科技大学的龚言红、卢祖洵带领团队，对山西太原一、二、三级医院的761名医生进行了自填式问卷调查分析。他们发现，该市医生在何时应让患者使用抗生素方面具备的知识参差不齐。相关成果日前发表于《科学报告》杂志。

抗生素滥用被认为是导致抗生素耐药性的一个重要因素。然而，中国医生在给患者开抗生素药物上表现出来的专业素养，一直缺乏相关研究。

研究人员分析发现，在问卷调查中，医生的平均得分是6.29分（满分10分），其中在内科工作的医生、主治医师以及接受过抗生素使用培训的医生得分更高。与此同时，和在三级医院工作的医生相比，在二级和一级医院工作的医生在抗生素使用知识上的得分更低。

此项研究表明，当前亟待开展更多定期培训，并采用更好的培训方式，以改善医生关于何时使用抗生素方面的知识。
