用于治疗产前静脉血栓栓塞（VTE）的合适剂量低分子肝素（LMWH）尚未知。女性在妊娠后发生的生理学变化改变了LMWH药物代谢动力学情况。近期一项来自英国学者和澳大利亚学者的联合研究表明，随着女性妊娠的发展，依诺肝素的半衰期延长。研究为产前女性应用依诺肝素（1次/日）治疗VTE提供了强有力的证据，并指出应重新考虑当前指南的推荐。论文8月12日在线发表于《循环》（Circulation）杂志。
