方法:
研究人员对2016年8月至2018年4月间共50名腹部肥胖患者进行了随访,参与者被随机分配到受监督的高强度间歇耐力训练(每周3次,持续45分钟),阻力训练(每周3次,持续45分钟),或不进行运动(对照组)。主要观察指标为通过磁共振成像评估心外膜和心包脂肪组织质量的变化。

结果:
50名参与者中39 [78%]名患者完成了这项研究。与无运动对照组相比,耐力训练和阻力训练分别使心外膜脂肪组织质量减少32%(95%CI,10%-53%)和24%(95%CI,1%-46%)。虽然耐力训练后心包脂肪组织质量没有显着降低(11%,[95%CI,-5%~27%]; P= .17),阻力训练显着降低心包脂肪组织质量31%(95%CI,16%-47%; P<.001)。在12周的试验期后,心脏其他代谢指标保持不变。

结论:
在腹部肥胖的个体中,耐力和阻力训练均减少了心外膜脂肪组织的质量,而只有阻力训练减少了心包脂肪组织的质量。这些数据突出了不同运动方式作为减少腹部肥胖个体心脏脂肪在预防中的重要性。
