EULAR 2016：红斑狼疮会增加宫颈癌风险

EULAR年会上称，系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）会增加宫颈癌风险，尤其是使用免疫抑制药物治疗的患者。瑞典卡罗林斯卡学院医学部的Johan Askling博士和同事对4450名SLE女性进行了研究，匹配28113名对照组。其中使用抗疟药的有1783人，其他免疫抑制治疗的有1981人。在随访期间通过瑞典国家宫颈癌筛查注册表和瑞典癌症登记处确定参与者的宫颈非典型增生和浸润性宫颈癌等结局。其他评估结果还包括宫

在随访期间通过瑞典国家宫颈癌筛查注册表和瑞典癌症登记处确定参与者的宫颈非典型增生和浸润性宫颈癌等结局。其他评估结果还包括宫颈上皮内瘤样病变1和2/3级，以及侵袭性恶性肿瘤。

数据显示，与对照组相比，SLE女性宫颈非典型增生或浸润性宫颈癌风险增倍。使用全身免疫抑制药物的患者与抗疟药治疗的患者相比，癌症风险更高；并且宫颈不典型增生或肿瘤的风险更高。

研究结果表明，SLE与宫颈癌风险有关，但是在以后还需要更多的研究，并且可以对SLE女性进行宫颈癌的筛查。
