这篇研究的目的是为了评估包含硫酸钡(BaSO4)或氧化锆(ZrO2)造影剂的不同浓度双抗糊剂(DAP)的阻射性及抗菌性。

研究按照ISO 6876/2001的标准略微修改后(n = 6 per group)比较和检测包含30% (w/v) BaSO4或ZrO2的1， 10和25 mg/mL DAP、不含DAP的阻射糊剂和商品化阻射性氢氧化钙(Ca[OH]2)的阻射性能。从牙髓坏死的未成熟牙齿牙根中获取菌斑生物膜在厌氧环境下感染牙本质样本(n = 70) 3周，施以相似的实验性糊剂或不加干预。1周后，将糊剂清洗干净后进行生物膜破裂评估。为了检测剩余抗菌效果，无菌牙本质样本(n = 70)应用同样的糊剂预处理1周(n = 7)。将糊剂清洗干净，样本浸入磷酸盐缓冲液中24小时，在厌氧环境下用相同的菌斑生物膜感染3周后进行生物膜破裂评估。使用无菌牙本质块作为2次抗菌试验的阴性对照(n = 7)。采用Wilcoxon rank sum检验进行统计学评估。

结果显示，不同浓度BaSO4 DAP或ZrO2 DAP与Ca(OH)2的阻射性相比没有显著性差异。然而，所有测试浓度BaSO4 DAP， ZrO2 DAP和Ca(OH)2均展现出直接的抗菌作用。1 mg/mL的 ZrO2 DAP和Ca(OH)2没有明显的剩余抗菌作用。

结论：1 mg/mL的BaSO4 DAP具有明显较强的剩余抗菌作用以及堪比商品化Ca(OH)2的阻射性能。
