研究确认了COM处理后,316L-Cu SS能够抑制输尿管上皮细胞(UECs)的细胞凋亡。进一步的是, 研究人员通过蛋白免疫印迹分析和实时定量PCR技术(qPCR)Cu/Zn超氧化物歧化酶(CuZnSOD)的分子表达表明了316L-Cu SS能够抑制氧化胁迫,从而导致CuZnSOD表达的上调。更多的是,研究人员通过蛋白免疫印迹和qPCR调查了晶体粘附细胞因子CD44的表达,并利用酶联免疫印迹(ELISA)测量了相关的透明质酸(HA)的分泌情况。

最后,研究人员指出,所有的结果确定了316L-Cu SS孵育的细胞的相关表达均下调,表明了316L-Cu SS能够抑制晶体的粘附。
