警惕五种食物,远离胃癌**杀手!

盐是日常调味品,没有不行,多了也麻烦,过多的盐会损伤我们的胃。日本厚生劳动省上世纪90年代曾以日本岩手县、秋田县、长野县和冲绳县4个地区为代表,追踪40—59岁的4万名男女的生活习惯。追踪调查10年后,得出了以下结论:摄取盐分量最多的一组比摄取量最少的一组,得胃癌的人数多了1倍。

高盐是导致胃癌的第一杀手。摄入过量的盐后,食盐的高渗透压对胃黏膜造成了直接伤害。我国每年约有16万人死于胃癌。我国东北、西北及沿海地区,是胃癌的高发地区,这些地区的人更喜欢吃腌制的食物和海产品,而这些食物中都含有大量的盐。高盐饮食的人和那些清淡饮食的人相比,胃癌的相对发病风险要增高近两倍。

最容易被我们忽视的5种高盐食品

成年人每人每日摄入的食盐总量不应该超过6克。相关资料显示,目前我国人均食盐摄入量在10克左右,属于超标状态。常见的高盐食品有:腌菜、酱菜、火腿、培根、烟熏腊肉制品、方便面、腐乳、拌酱等等。

除了这些为大众熟知的,生活中还有一些“隐形”的高盐食品,混迹在蔬菜、零食、保健品中,让人防不胜防。

茴香:很多人都喜欢吃茴香馅饺子茴香馅包子,有人认为茴香是咸的嘛?实际上所有蔬菜中都含有钠,钠又以盐的形式存在于食物中。茴香又是所有蔬菜中含盐最高的,一斤茴香大概含钠是2.4g。一般我们在调制馅料的时候又得加入盐、酱油。一餐下来盐份就超标了。

芹菜:茴香是蔬菜里含盐量第一位的,排名第二位的就是芹菜,每斤芹菜的含钠达2g,也是很高的。

泡腾片:泡腾片是我们上班族很喜欢的一种健康饮品,口感好还可以补充维生素。其实他的崩解剂成分是碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠。为了维持这个泡腾片的形状商家还加了氯化钠,加在一起1g的泡腾片中含有0.139g的盐,这都是容易被我们忽略的盐分。

话梅:爱吃零食的人都很喜欢,一包100g的话梅含盐量大概是8g-10g左右,就算我们一天什么都没有吃,只吃一包话梅,盐量就已经超标了。

面包:我们都很常吃,而且面包的口感是甜的,它有盐吗?其实为了面包的口感在发酵过程中是要加入一定量的盐的,一个750g的吐司面包需要加6g盐,所以在这里提醒大家,我们平时吃的面包,糕点类食品中,除了有糖份,也是有盐份的,一定要注意。

我们一定要擦亮眼睛,提防这些生活中的“隐形盐”。
