由此可见，AF患者家庭收入较低与不良后果之间存在关联。该研究的结果支持在评估AF患者心血管风险时应考虑家庭收入。

健康的社会决定因素与心血管结局有关，但对房颤（AF）的评估有限。近日，心脏病领域权威杂志Heart上发表了一篇研究文章，这项研究的目的是评估房颤患者家庭年收入与心血管结局之间的关系。

研究人员通过健康声明数据库分析了2009年至2015年期间AF患者的个人行政声明，将参与者家庭年收入的估计值分类为<$40000； $ 40000-$59999；$60000-$74999；$75000-$99999；≥$100000。协变量包括人口统计学、教育程度、心血管疾病危险因素、合并症和抗凝治疗。研究人员按收入类别和多变量调整模型评估了事件发生率，并以最高收入类别（≥$100000）为参考。

该研究分析包括336736名AF患者（年龄为72.7±11.9岁；女性为44.5％；白人为82.6％，黑人为8.4％，西班牙裔为7.0％，亚裔为2.1％），中位（第25和第75个百分位数）随访为1.5年（95％CI为0.6至3.0年）。研究人员观察到收入与心力衰竭和心肌梗塞（MI）之间呈负相关，证据表明收入下降，风险逐步增加。与收入≥$100000的个体相比，家庭收入低于$40000的个体发生心力衰竭（HR为1.17；95％CI为1.05至1.30）和MI（HR为1.18；95％CI为0.98至1.41）的风险最大。

由此可见，AF患者家庭收入较低与不良后果之间存在关联。该研究的结果支持在评估AF患者心血管风险时应考虑家庭收入。
