抗磷脂抗体（aPLs）是一组以磷脂和/或磷脂结合蛋白为靶抗原的自身抗体总称。aPLs是抗磷脂综合征的重要血清标志物，亦是血栓形成和病理妊娠的危险因素。aPLs检测的标准化对其临床应用至关重要。
