目的探讨超声造影(CEUS)对经阴道超声(TVS)误诊瘢痕妊娠的可行性。

目的探讨超声造影(CEUS)对经阴道超声(TVS)误诊瘢痕妊娠的可行性。

对3例临床怀疑有异常妊娠的患者行超声造影(CEUS)，TVS对其诊断不明确。分析本组病例的临床表现及特点。

子宫肌瘤切除术后壁内妊娠(IMP) 3例，剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(CSP) 2例，肿块分别由刮除术和自然流产引起。在所有这些病例中，植入处CEUS均可观察到早期高强度增强。此外，肿块内可见明显增强的信号，有或没有胚层周环。经有效治疗后，血块或肿块未见增强。

研究表明，超声造影可作为诊断瘢痕妊娠的辅助手段，并可评价治疗效果，尤其是在TVS检查结果不明确的情况下。
