SCI REP:长期RHR变异增加与人群全因死亡率相关!

静息心率(RHR)可以预测全因死亡。然而,RHR随着时间的变异和死亡率之间的关系尚不清楚。

近日,Scientific reports 杂志上发表了一篇研究文章,研究人员旨在分析没有心血管疾病的一般人群中RHR变异和死亡率之间的相关性。

该研究共计纳入了46873名受试者,来自于开滦研究(2006-2011年)。研究人员在三次不同的检查中获得受试者的RHR读数,并采用标准差(RHR-SD)和变异系数来定义RHR变异。受试者根据RHR-SD数值的四分位数分为四组。

所有受试者的平均随访时间为49.4个月,随访时间从第三次体检到2014年12月31日。在随访结束,共有973名(2.08%)受试者发生死亡。在多变量分析中,调整了与死亡潜在相关的变量后,研究人员发现RHR-SD数值位于最高四分位数范围仍然是全因死亡的独立预测因素(风险比为1.43,95%可信区间为1.18-1.74,P<0.001)。

这些研究结果表明,长期的RHR变异增加是没有已知心血管疾病的一般人群全因死亡率的一个独立危险标志。
