J Endod:盖髓材料的表面特性与抗菌性能之间的联系

盖髓材料不仅要求能够保护牙髓,而且还应具有粘接上方修复材料的能力。光固化盖髓材料与修复材料的粘接性能以及可操作性均要优于水溶性材料。这篇研究的目的是为了检测一种新型光固化硅酸钙类盖髓材料的特性,并与临床使用的Theracal (Bisco, Schaumburg, IL)和Biodentine (Septodont, Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, France)比较表面和抗菌性能的

盖髓材料不仅要求能够保护牙髓,而且还应具有粘接上方修复材料的能力。光固化盖髓材料与修复材料的粘接性能以及可操作性均要优于水溶性材料。这篇研究的目的是为了检测一种新型光固化硅酸钙类盖髓材料的特性,并与临床使用的Theracal (Bisco, Schaumburg, IL)和Biodentine (Septodont, Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, France)比较表面和抗菌性能的差异。

研究通过扫描电镜、X线衍射和接触角测量的方法评估3种树脂类以及添加了硅酸钙和氧化钽阻射的光固化盖髓材料和Theracal及Biodentine的表面特征。按照ISO 6876标准检测材料的阻射性能。通过直接接触测试和三磷酸腺苷测定法及激光共聚焦扫描活/死测定法(Invitrogen,Eugene,OR)并使用多微生物培养物的抗菌膜活性测定检测材料的抗菌活性。

结果显示,各种未添加的树脂材料和Biodentine的表面特征表现为疏水性。Biodentine在直接接触试验中展现出显著增强的抗菌活性,然而这种特性在抗菌生物膜试验中消失殆尽。添加了硅酸钙的树脂材料及Theracal在三磷酸腺苷和活/死检测中展现出优于Biodentine的抗菌活性。

结论:材料的表面特性会影响其抗菌活性。实验用的改良树脂材料其抗菌活性与其他光固化盖髓材料相近。然而,还需要更多长期的研究来检验评估材料的抗菌活性是否能够获得更好的临床疗效。
