       近日，一篇刊于《自然》[Nature   2012 Nov 21]的文章中，来自麦吉尔大学和蒙特利尔大学研究人员发现：在小鼠体内异常高的一组神经元蛋白neuroligins的合成，能导致出现自闭症谱系障碍（ASD）症状。研究结果还显示，成年小鼠的自闭症样行为可以通过抑制蛋白质的合成化合物或基因靶向neur

       近日，一篇刊于《自然》[Nature   2012 Nov 21]的文章中，来自麦吉尔大学和蒙特利尔大学研究人员发现：在小鼠体内异常高的一组神经元蛋白neuroligins的合成，能导致出现自闭症谱系障碍（ASD）症状。研究结果还显示，成年小鼠的自闭症样行为可以通过抑制蛋白质的合成化合物或基因靶向neuroligins治疗来纠正。        自闭症谱系障碍（ASD）包括三个方面：人际交往，沟通和重复的兴趣或行为。据总部设在美国疾病控制和预防中心报道，在88名儿童有一人患有ASD，自闭症谱系障碍在所有种族和社会经济群体中都存在。自闭症发病男生高于女生，女生为252分之一，男孩为54之一。                麦吉尔大学的生物化学系，医学院和古德曼癌症研究中心Nahum Sonenberg教授解释
