BMJ:太极拳治疗纤维肌痛效果显著

研究认为,太极对纤维肌痛患者症状改善效果优于有氧运动,长期坚持太极对症状的改善效果更为显著

近日研究人员比较了太极拳与有氧运动对纤维肌痛患者症状缓解效果的差异。

本次前瞻性、随机、52周有效性比较试验在美国开展,226名成年纤维肌痛患者参与,其中太极组151人,有氧运动组75人,患者接受每周2次,持续24周的有氧运动或古典杨式太极拳(每周1或2次,持续12或24周)。研究随访至52周,主要终点是24周纤维肌痛问卷调查(FIQR)得分变化,次要终点包括患者整体评估、焦虑、抑郁、自我感觉、应对策略、身体机能表现、功能异常、睡眠及健康相关生活品质等。

所有参与者FIOR评分得到改善,但太极组较有氧运动组24周评估(FIQR得分差异5.5分)以及多个次要终点得分(整体评估得分差异0.9、焦虑得分差异1.2、自我感觉得分差异1.0、应对策略得分差异2.6)改善更为显著。在相同强度和持续时间干预下(24周,每周2次),太极较有氧运动对纤维肌痛患者症状改善效果更为显著(FIQR得分差异16.2)。24周太极的效果优于12周(FIQR得分差异9.6),但每周2次与1次太极对症状的改善效果差异不显著。患者对太极参与的依从性高于有氧运动,未发生干预导致的严重不良事件。

研究认为,太极对纤维肌痛患者症状改善效果优于有氧运动,长期坚持太极对症状的改善效果更为显著。
