SCI REP：中国农村人群静息心率和脉压对2型糖尿病的独立和累积效应影响！

近日，Scientific reports 杂志上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员旨在通过横断面研究和荟萃分析来探讨静息心率（RHR）和脉压（PP）对2型糖尿病（T2DM）风险的独立效应以及它们的累积效应。

该研究共纳入了8276名来自于农村糖尿病、肥胖和生活方式研究（RuralDiab研究）中的年龄在35岁至74岁的受试者。同时，进行了两项荟萃分析以验证流行病学研究的结果。

研究人员发现RHR和PP与T2DM的风险增高有关，而每个四分位数相应的调整后比值比（95%可信区间）分别为1.0、0.99（0.68-1.42）、1.58（1.13-2.20）、2.93（2.15–3.98）和1、1.06（0.75-1.48）、1.11（0.79-1.56）、1.45（1.03-2.03）。累积效应分析表明相比于缓慢RHR低PP人群、男性、女性，快速RHR高PP受试者调整后的比值比（95%可信区间）在分别为3.36（2.26-4.99）、2.60（1.47-4.59）和3.60（2.09-6.20）。Meta分析结果显示RHR和PP合并效应值分别为1.94（1.64-2.31）和1.25（1.04-1.51）。

这项研究表明，升高的RHR和PP各自独立地与T2DM的风险相关，也影响了传统的混杂因素，RHR较快PP较高可能累积地增加T2DM的风险。然而，潜在的临床应用仍有待进一步明确。
