北京出台防癌体检规范专家共识

日前，由北京健康管理协会组织专家撰写的《防癌体检规范专家共识》出台，除了提出防癌体检涵盖的癌症，还就防癌体检高风险人群的界定、防癌体检技术方案、对癌症高风险人群进行干预与管理等，提出了具体的规范要求。《共识》主要供北京市医疗机构健康体检中心在防癌体检中参考使用。

日前，由北京健康管理协会组织专家撰写的《防癌体检规范专家共识》出台，除了提出防癌体检涵盖的癌症，还就防癌体检高风险人群的界定、防癌体检技术方案、对癌症高风险人群进行干预与管理等，提出了具体的规范要求。《共识》主要供北京市医疗机构健康体检中心在防癌体检中参考使用。

《共识》纳入了国内常见、高发的癌症，如肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、食管癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌及宫颈癌等。根据国家肿瘤登记中心的数据，这7种恶性肿瘤占所有新发癌症病例的60%以上，并且都具备较成熟的防癌体检手段。

《共识》发布后，北京健康管理协会将陆续组织开展相应的专业技术培训，并逐步建立阳性体征发现者和可疑癌症患者的分级转诊渠道，为该市各体检中心更好地开展防癌体检业务提供服务。

《共识》是在中国医学科学院肿瘤医院指导下，北京健康管理协会组织多名肿瘤及体检专家，依据国际、国内主要相关专业学会的筛查指南、共识及国家癌症中心的筛查技术方案制订的，今后将不断更新、完善。同时，北京健康管理协会还出台了2017版的《健康体检项目目录》。
