深圳卫计委：3名医生涉嫌“医保套现”，已被停职调查

针对“深圳多名医生伪造病历开药套现医保”一事，4月18日下午，深圳市卫生和计划生育委员会通报称，深圳市人民医院医生陈某、市第三人民医院医生崔某、南山区人民医院医生安某已分别被所在医院暂停处方权，停职配合调查；深圳市卫生监督局、市医管中心、区卫生行政部门成立调查组进驻医院，对该事件进行深入调查，对当事医生的医疗行为进行追溯调查。据媒体4月17日报道，记者暗访发现，深圳一伙不法分子长期从事“医保套现”

针对“深圳多名医生伪造病历开药套现医保”一事，4月18日下午，深圳市卫生和计划生育委员会通报称，深圳市人民医院医生陈某、市第三人民医院医生崔某、南山区人民医院医生安某已分别被所在医院暂停处方权，停职配合调查；深圳市卫生监督局、市医管中心、区卫生行政部门成立调查组进驻医院，对该事件进行深入调查，对当事医生的医疗行为进行追溯调查。

据媒体4月17日报道，记者暗访发现，深圳一伙不法分子长期从事“医保套现”活动，身影频繁出现在深圳多家公立三甲医院内，多名正规医院医生为其“保驾护航”：伪造病历开药套现医保。

针对此事，4月18日下午，深圳市卫生和计划生育委员会官方微信“深圳卫计委”通报称，深圳市卫生计生委立即组织市卫生监督局、市医管中心、区卫生行政部门以及3家医院开展调查，深圳市人民医院医生陈某、市第三人民医院医生崔某、南山区人民医院医生安某涉嫌医保套现，已分别被所在医院暂停处方权，停职配合调查。深圳市卫生监督局、市医管中心、区卫生行政部门成立调查组进驻医院，对该事件进行深入调查，对当事医生的医疗行为进行追溯调查。如查实当事医生存在违规开具处方或与不法分子有经济利益关系等行为，将依法依规进行处理，有关处理结果将及时向社会通报。

通报表示，深圳市卫生计生委会同市人社局、市市场监管委等部门开展专项治理行动，协调相关职能部门加强对医院、医生、药品流通的监督管理。深圳市卫生计生委要求市医管中心、各区卫生行政部门认真调查核实，依法追究本次事件直接责任者和相关责任人的责任。同时，向全市医疗机构下发《关于切实加强处方管理和规范医务人员诊疗行为的紧急通知》，要求全市医院认真开展自查自纠工作，对此类行为从严惩处，规范和引导医务人员合法执业。
