J Orthop Surg Res：CRFP处理可改善3D打印的骨支架的生物力学性能

采用3D打印技术打印基于生理小梁骨图案的支架。在成骨培养基中将MC3T3细胞在这些支架上培养，加入和不加入降钙素受体片段肽（CRFP）以评估支架表面上的骨形成。测试这些细胞接种的骨包被的支架的完整性，评估其机械强度。

结果显示，3D打印支架支持细胞增殖和骨基质形成。支架的机械强度通过小梁模式增强，压缩强度为20%，压缩模量为60%。此外，用CRFP处理的细胞接种的小梁支架模量增加了四倍。

综上所述，该研究结果表明，用骨诱导剂处理并用CRFP预处理的细胞接种的小梁植入物可显著增加植入物的压缩模量。本研究制备的3D结构不仅可以用于替代骨片段，而且可以用于替换整个骨骼。
