这篇研究的目的是为了评估氢氧化钙(Ca[OH]2), Ca(OH)2 + 布洛芬, 和Ca(OH)2 + 环丙沙星对无症状的尖周损伤中RANKL和OPG表达水平的影响。

研究使用一种网络程序将66名患者按照所使用药物的不同分为3组:(Ca[OH]2), Ca(OH)2 + 布洛芬, 和Ca(OH)2 + 环丙沙星。在去除根管中的牙胶后,通过3个纸尖提取根尖组织液,以获得RANKL和OPG样本。在第二次复诊时,去除诊间封药,通过相同的方法二次提取样本。通过酶联免疫吸附测定检测RANKL和OPG的表达水平,并计算RANKL/OPG比例。

结果显示,组内分析表明,任意组中术前和术后的RANKL/OPG比例均无显著性差异。组间分析表明,治疗前后(Ca[OH]2), Ca(OH)2 + 布洛芬, 和Ca(OH)2 + 环丙沙星组的RANKL/OPG比例水平也未存在明显差异。

结论:就本研究而言,研究表明,在Ca(OH)2糊剂中添加布洛芬或环丙沙星对降低RANKL和OPG水平没有任何额外帮助。
