研究发现生长分化因子15(GDF15)是一个潜在的血管生成的细胞因子,可促进人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)的增殖。但是目前尚不清楚GDF15能否应用于促进血管化骨再生。

本研究中,研究人员发现GDF15可增强细胞周期蛋白D1和E的表达,诱导Rb磷酸化和E2F-1核转位,并可增加人脐静脉内皮细胞增殖。此外,研究人员还发现,在人工诱导血管生成部位GDF15可促进功能性血管的形成,并显著提高颅骨缺损关键修复面积。

总而言之,本研究结果证实GDF15在血管生成中的至关重要的作用,表明其在再生医学方面的潜在应用价值。

虽然骨折固定技术在不断改进,软组织的处理也得到重视以及使用微创技术可以闭合伤口,但是感染性骨缺损的治疗仍然对骨科医生充满挑战性。 1950年,Ilizarov倡导使用外固定架联合骨搬移和牵引成骨技术治疗骨缺损。众多研究发现Ilizarov骨搬移技术可有效纠正下肢成角畸形、肢体长度不等以及治疗骨折不愈合和骨缺损。 1973年,Papineau发明了一种治疗长骨感染性假关节的分期手术方
