在这项研究中,研究人员计算了371例患者的免疫和基质评分,以定量分析肝细胞癌(HCC)肿瘤微环境中的免疫和基质细胞浸润。分析了加权基因共表达网络分析和蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用网络,以鉴定与免疫微环境相关的基因。

 

结果显示,免疫评分高的患者4年无复发率更高。TP53,CTNNB1和AXIN1突变随免疫评分而显著变化。在与免疫评分相关的模块分析中,有关基因和基因组途径的京都百科全书以及基因本体术语与免疫过程,肿瘤发生和转移密切相关。确定了十二个新的免疫微环境相关基因,并与七个免疫检查点基因明显正相关。在预后分析中,有11个与免疫微环境相关的基因表现出高表达,其中9个在GSE62232数据集中得到验证,并与良好的预后显着相关。

 

我们的发现表明,计算免疫评分和基质评分可以帮助确定肿瘤的微环境中的肿瘤纯度和免疫细胞浸润。在这项研究中确定的九个免疫微环境相关基因有潜力作为肝癌的预后标志物。
