此次指南引经据典，科学循证，涵盖26个国家和地区的指南，31篇骨质疏松及骨质疏松性骨折诊疗指南。由于，骨质疏松骨折只有一部分需要手术，有些需要内科治疗，物理治疗等。因此，骨折之后的管理和干预至关重要，临床关注的靶点是骨折后的愈合。

该指南强调了双磷酸盐在骨质疏松骨折中的重要地位。双膦酸盐是目前对骨质疏松和骨质疏松骨折最有效的药物治疗，针对骨折的愈合及后期恢复都有至关重要的作用。

骨质疏松性骨折干预强调内外联合；手术治疗应充分考虑骨骼本身的病变；药物治疗应根据骨骼代谢状态选择；注重骨质疏松性骨折后的综合干预。

作为中国医师协会骨科分会制定的指南，将中国特色的中医药应用与临床治疗中。虽然中医药的历史超过西医，但在骨质疏松骨折中，中医药仍缺乏可靠的循证医学证据，仍需广大中国医师的共同努力。

国外最新的骨质疏松骨折的干预中，包含很多内容，无论是钙的应用，雌激素药物，中医中药，促骨形成药物等，这些对骨折手术后的康复是十分重要的。

该指南的另一大特色是简明实用，指导临床医师如何实现个体化治疗，更加简单快速的将指南内容应用于个体患者身上。

专家介绍：



林华，南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院骨科主任医师，南京市代谢性骨病防治研究中心主任。现任国际骨质疏松基金会科学顾问委员会（IOF-CSA)委员；中华医学会骨质疏松和骨矿盐疾病委员会副主任委员；中华医学会骨科分会骨质疏松专业组副组长；中国医师协会骨科分会骨质疏松委员会副主任委员；《中华骨质疏松和骨矿盐疾病杂志》副总编；《中华骨科杂志》编委；《中国骨质疏松杂志》副主编等。

专业从事骨关节病（骨质疏松，骨关节炎），骨坏死，不明原因骨骼关节疼痛，多发性骨折，青少年骨骼发育障碍等骨关节疾病临床诊治和研究。

1988年来，主编著作5部，参编18部，以第一作者发表学术论文144篇，获得国家、部、省市各级科研项目共15项，获奖11项。
