简要介绍：

蒲地蓝消炎口服液的功效长于清热解毒，利咽消肿，适用于热毒壅盛证引起的咽喉肿痛，功效在于缓解肿痛（红肿热痛），是2015 年版《中国药典》收录品种，目前已进入陕西、江苏、辽宁、湖南、天津、新疆、河北等地的省级医保；先后被北京、重庆等省市卫生部门推荐作为预防和治疗甲流、手足口病的首选用药之一，并被卫生部列入《手足口病诊疗指南》、以及被中华中医药学会肺系病分会主编《中成药临床应用指南》、中华中医药学会《中医药单用/联合抗生素治疗常见感染性疾病临床实践指南》等推荐。为进一步提高临床医生对该药的认识，更好地指导其临床合理用药，邀请来自中西医呼吸科、感染科、皮肤科等领域的临床一线专家研制编撰该专家共识。该共识充分考虑临床证据和专家临床经验，通过名义组法，对于有证据支持的临床问题形成推荐意见，对于没有证据支持的临床问题形成共识建议。该共识基于临床研究证据和专家经验，采用简洁明了的体例格式，为该药的临床使用提供了初步的参照。
