由上海中医药大学附属曙光医院和亚洲神经外科医师学会联合主办、上海中医药大学附属曙光医院承办“2016中国中西医结合学会神经外科分会，第二届“脑血管病论坛”，第一届江苏上海中西医结合学会神经外科分会年会，第12届亚洲神经外科医师学会（ACNS）继续教育课程，第四届上海曙光神经外科国际会议”于2016年10月21日-23日在上海曙光医院顺利召开，此次会议邀请了国内外知名专家（亚洲神经外科医师学会主席）

由上海中医药大学附属曙光医院和亚洲神经外科医师学会联合主办、上海中医药大学附属曙光医院承办“2016中国中西医结合学会神经外科分会，第二届“脑血管病论坛”，第一届江苏上海中西医结合学会神经外科分会年会，第12届亚洲神经外科医师学会（ACNS）继续教育课程，第四届上海曙光神经外科国际会议”于2016年10月21日-23日在上海曙光医院顺利召开，此次会议邀请了国内外知名专家（亚洲神经外科医师学会主席）Yoko Kato教授、东京女子医科大学Akitsugu Kawashma教授、北海道旭川医院Takizawa教授等。邀请国内大会主席：韦鹏翔教授，名誉主席：王汉东教授，执行主席：高觉民教授、费智敏教授等进行学术讲座，旨在提高亚洲神经外科的发展水平，促进神经外科新技术取得更大的进步。

费智敏，上海中医药大学附属曙光医院神经外科担任科主任，主任医师，中国中西医结合学会神经外科专业委员会副主任委员。上海中西医结合神经外科主任委员，第5、6届中华医学会神经外科分会神经生理学组全国委员，第6届中华医学会创伤学分会神经创伤学组全国委员。国家脑卒中防治中青年专家委员会委员，国家卫计委脑卒中防治委员会出血性外科专业委员会委员，上海医学会神经外科专业委员会委员，上海神经外科质量控制委员会委员。Integrative Medicine International （国际整合医学杂志）编委。
