子宫浆液性癌是一种罕见的，侵袭性强的子宫内膜癌。曲妥珠单抗是靶向HER2/neu的单克隆抗体。HER2/neu在约30%的子宫浆液性癌中过表达。JCO近期发表了一篇文章，报道了比较卡铂-紫杉醇联合及不联合曲妥珠单抗治疗晚期或复发HER2/neu过表达的子宫浆液性癌的临床试验结果

子宫浆液性癌是一种罕见的，侵袭性强的子宫内膜癌。曲妥珠单抗是靶向HER2/neu的单克隆抗体。HER2/neu在约30%的子宫浆液性癌中过表达。JCO近期发表了一篇文章，报道了比较卡铂-紫杉醇联合及不联合曲妥珠单抗治疗晚期或复发HER2/neu过表达的子宫浆液性癌的临床试验结果。

研究纳入的为原发Ⅲ/Ⅳ期或复发HER2/neu阳性的肿瘤患者。患者随机分为卡铂-紫杉醇组（对照组）及卡铂-紫杉醇-曲妥珠单抗组（试验组），治疗6个周期直至出现疾病进展或不可耐受毒性。主要的研究终点是无进展生存率。2011年8月至2017年3月间，61例患者进行了随机分组。58例可评估患者中共出现40例无进展生存相关事件。所有患者中，对照组中位无进展生存时间为8个月，试验组为12.6个月。41例Ⅲ/Ⅳ期原发肿瘤患者中，对照组中位无进展生存时间为9.3个月，试验组为17.9个月。17例肿瘤复发患者中，对照组中位无进展生存时间为6个月，试验组为9.2个月。两组间治疗毒性无显着差异，未出现意料之外的安全问题。

文章最后认为，卡铂-紫杉醇联合曲妥珠单抗耐受性良好并改善患者无进展生存情况。这些令人鼓舞的结果值得进一步进行研究以验证其对患者总生存的影响。
