子宫内膜吸刮术体外受精活产率

研究认为，子宫内膜吸刮术不能提高接受体外受精女性的新生儿活产率

一般认为，子宫内膜吸刮术可促进胚胎植入，增加体外受精(IVF)妇女怀孕几率，近日研人人员考察了其对新生儿活产率的影响。

本研究为多中心随机对照研究，接受新鲜胚胎或冷冻胚胎移植的体外受精女性参与，参与者先前未接受过子宫内膜吸刮，参与者随机在胚胎移植前3天至第3天间接受吸刮或对照，研究的主要终点是活产率。

1364名女性参与研究，研究发现干预组690名产妇中，活产180例，对照组674名产妇，活产176例（26.1%vs26.1%）。组间持续妊娠、临床妊娠、多胎妊娠、异位妊娠或流产率无显著性差异。子宫内膜吸刮平均疼痛指数为3.5。

研究认为，子宫内膜吸刮术不能提高接受体外受精女性的新生儿活产率。
