Sci Rep:尿路感染微生物宏基因组分析

最近,有研究人员利用尿液培养和显微技术对尿路感染细菌种类进行了分析。为了对尿路微生物群进行一定的认识,研究人员分析了临床实验室特点和121例无菌条件下获得的尿液样本的微生物宏基因组数据。研究人员成功的获得了116名参与者的16S rDNA基因特性,并且在来源于49名参与者的样本中成功生成了宏基因组测序数据。尽管16S rDNA测序数据更加敏感,宏基因组测序数据具有更加综合的和无偏差的微生物群结果特

最近,有研究人员利用尿液培养和显微技术对尿路感染细菌种类进行了分析。为了对尿路微生物群进行一定的认识,研究人员分析了临床实验室特点和121例无菌条件下获得的尿液样本的微生物宏基因组数据。

研究人员成功的获得了116名参与者的16S rDNA基因特性,并且在来源于49名参与者的样本中成功生成了宏基因组测序数据。尽管16S rDNA测序数据更加敏感,宏基因组测序数据具有更加综合的和无偏差的微生物群结果特性,包括真菌和病毒病原以及细菌毒力因素。宏基因组测序尿液阳性结果包括了大量的细菌(平均41个种每个样品)、真菌(平均2个种每个样品)和病毒序列(平均3种病毒每个样品)。基因组分析表明潜在病原感染案例经常在常规尿液培养中被错过,原因是一些物种的特异性的生长环境。虽然传统的微生物生物学方法不能够充分的鉴定尿液中的微生物种类多样性,基因组方法表现出了更加全面地和定量地描述尿液尿道微生物组的特性。
