​国家卫计委称治疗儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病的必备药“巯嘌呤片”已于11月20日恢复供应，约可满足临床一年用量。

国家卫生计生委药物政策与基本药物制度司副司长张锋11月21日称，治疗儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病的必备药“巯嘌呤片”已于11月20日恢复供应，由浙江浙北药业生产的第一批295万片巯嘌呤已全部完成生产检验并做好了发货准备，约可满足临床一年用量。

此前，有媒体报道称，“巯嘌呤片”在全国多地短缺，一些地方甚至连续5个月出现断货。国产“巯嘌呤片”从40元一瓶飙升至148元一瓶却仍难买到，一些患者不得不境外代购真伪难辨的进口药。国务院总理李克强知情后批示要“将心比心”、“特事特办”，要求有关部门“切实加大国产廉价药生产供应保障力度”。

张锋称，今年8月份，国家重点监测的139个短缺药中就有巯嘌呤。国家卫生计生委会同国家食药监总局等部门开展核查发现，国内有巯嘌呤原料药批准文号生产企业3家，但仅1家实际在产；制剂生产企业6家，但仅2家企业近两年实际在产。2016年下半年，在产的1家企业因原料药价格上涨过快采购困难停产；2017年上半年，在产的另1家企业因GMP认证停产，导致巯嘌呤出现供应较大程度短缺。

据悉，巯嘌呤主要用于白血病和绒毛膜上皮癌等肿瘤治疗，尤其是儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病后期维持治疗，每年全国临床用量约300万片（总价约300万元），临床用量小，利润不高，生产供应不充分。经国家卫生和计划生育委员会、国家食药监总局与有关企业会商协调，加快了GMP认证审批程序，促使巯嘌呤尽快恢复生产供应。国家卫生和计划生育委员会也已下发通知，要求各地抓紧协调组织做好巯嘌呤的采购配送工作，减少中间环节，直接挂网采购。
