近日，国际杂志 《Diabetologia》上在线发表一项关于4-羟基-2-己烯醛（n -3 脂肪酸过氧化的副产物）诱导骨骼肌胰岛素抵抗的研究。 氧化应激涉及胰岛素抵抗的病理生理学及其向2型糖尿病的发展。n -3多不饱和脂肪酸的过氧化产生4-羟基-2-己烯醛（4-HHE）是一种具有潜在亲电子特性的脂质醛，能够干扰许多病理生理过程。本研究的目的是调查4-HHE在胰岛素抵抗发展中的作用。

近日，国际杂志 《Diabetologia》上在线发表一项关于4-羟基-2-己烯醛（n -3 脂肪酸过氧化的副产物）诱导骨骼肌胰岛素抵抗的研究。 氧化应激涉及胰岛素抵抗的病理生理学及其向2型糖尿病的发展。n -3多不饱和脂肪酸的过氧化产生4-羟基-2-己烯醛（4-HHE）是一种具有潜在亲电子特性的脂质醛，能够干扰许多病理生理过程。本研究的目的是调查4-HHE在胰岛素抵抗发展中的作用。 研究人员通过GC-MS测定来自人和大鼠的血浆中的4-HHE浓度。在使用高胰岛素血症正常血糖钳夹给予健康大鼠4-HHE后，估计胰岛素抵抗。在肌肉细胞中，用2-脱氧测量d -葡萄糖测量葡萄糖摄取，通过蛋白质印迹研究信号通。使用荧光测定试剂盒测量细胞内谷胱甘肽，并使用1,2-二硫代-3-硫酮（D3T）进行加强。 研究发现，在2型糖尿病人和糖尿病大鼠模型（肥胖Zucker糖尿病肥胖大鼠）中4-HHE的循环水平是非糖尿病对照组的两倍（33 vs 14 nmol / l，p <0.001），并且与血糖水平呈正相关。在大鼠高胰岛素-正常血糖钳中，急性静脉内注射4- HHE显著改变全身胰岛素敏感度的和降低葡萄糖输注
