Sci Rep:建立三维胶原模型用于磁共振成骨的体外评价

结果表明,SMFs、IONPs和胶原基质可以通过影响基质/细胞相互作用并促进Runx2、ON、BMP-2和BMP-4的表达来刺激MG-63细胞的增殖、碱性磷酸酶产生和矿化。

因此,本研究所开发的胶原模型不仅提供了新的3D骨模型,以更好地理解磁刺激对骨生成的影响,而且为组织工程和再生医学的进一步应用铺平了道路。
