作者：王娣 来源：中国医学论坛报 　　 　　美国高血压学会（ASH） 2009年更新高血压定义表明，高血压是“多种原因引起的进行性心血管综合征”，即血压值只是“冰山一角”。各国指南亦毫无争议地将心血管（CV）危险评估和靶器官保护列入高血压管理核心环节，但这长期是我国高血压管理行为的“短板”。 　　由中国医师学会心血管内科医师分会和中国高血压联盟主办，旨在打破“坚冰”、唤醒医师关注和发现高血压患者隐匿危险因素的 Iceberge Breaking研究（教育干预对中国门诊高血压患者隐匿危险因素筛查率的影响）在本届ACC年会中国专场（China Chapter）发布并引发热议。 　　“破冰”启航：关注高血压患者糖耐量异常 　　“破冰”（Iceberge Breaking）研究是一项前瞻、随机、多中心、对照研究，纳入中国9个城市99家2、3级医院524名心内科医生，随机分为教育干预组和对照组。通过医生课堂、患者课堂、提示卡等多种模式对医生就糖耐量异常（IGT）或糖尿病对高血压患者预后的重要性进行为期3 个月的教育干预，观察两组医生对所接诊高血压患者行口服
