骨组织是乳腺转移的主要部位之一，诊断为晚期乳腺癌的患者常会发生骨转移，其特征为严重的溶骨性病变，严重影响其生活质量。低强度脉冲超声（LIPUS）是一种能够调节癌症和健康细胞中各种分子通路的机械能。本研究旨在评估LIPUS调节乳腺癌细胞溶骨能力的能力。 采用两种不同的方法：a）用LIPUS处理或未处理的MDA-MB-231细胞系获得的间接方法-条件培养基用于诱导小鼠巨噬细胞Raw264.7细胞

骨组织是乳腺转移的主要部位之一，诊断为晚期乳腺癌的患者常会发生骨转移，其特征为严重的溶骨性病变，严重影响其生活质量。低强度脉冲超声（LIPUS）是一种能够调节癌症和健康细胞中各种分子通路的机械能。本研究旨在评估LIPUS调节乳腺癌细胞溶骨能力的能力。

采用两种不同的方法：a）用LIPUS处理或未处理的MDA-MB-231细胞系获得的间接方法-条件培养基用于诱导小鼠巨噬细胞Raw264.7细胞系的破骨细胞分化；b）直接法-MDA-MB-231与Raw264.7细胞共培养，用LIPUS处理或不处理。

LIPUS治疗损害MDA-MB-231细胞依赖性破骨细胞分化并产生破骨细胞标志物，如组织蛋白酶K，基质金属蛋白酶9和酒石酸抗性酸性磷酸酶的减少，表明其在骨转移管理中作为有效且安全的佐剂的作用。

LIPUS治疗可以是骨溶解性骨转移中的良好且安全的治疗佐剂，不仅可诱导骨再生，而且可用于减少骨质溶解。
