CLIN CANCER RES：瘤内HPV16特异性T细胞可以改善HPV16导致的口咽癌预后

人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）相关口咽部鳞状细胞癌（OPSCC）预后比HPV阴性OPSCC预后好很多，这与肿瘤免疫浸润有关。病毒抗原可以触发免疫功能。CLIN CANCER RES近期发表了一篇文章，研究瘤内HPV特异性T细胞反应，肿瘤微环境免疫组织结构和临床结局之间的关系。

人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）相关口咽部鳞状细胞癌（OPSCC）预后比HPV阴性OPSCC预后好很多，这与肿瘤免疫浸润有关。病毒抗原可以触发免疫功能。CLIN CANCER RES近期发表了一篇文章，研究瘤内HPV特异性T细胞反应，肿瘤微环境免疫组织结构和临床结局之间的关系。

作者利用功能T细胞分析，CyTOF，流式细胞术和肿瘤组织免疫荧光染色等方法对97例HPV16阳性和HPV阴性OPSCC患者的肿瘤浸润免疫细胞进行深度分析。主要的研究结果在75例HPV16阳性的OPSCC患者队列中进行验证。研究结果表明，在64%的HPV16阳性肿瘤中存在Ⅰ型HPV16特异性T细胞。这些细胞的存在与总生存改善、肿瘤尺寸缩小和淋巴结转移减少显着相关。Ⅰ型HPV16特异性T细胞还构成了Ⅰ型导向的肿瘤微环境，该微环境汇中活化CD161+T细胞数量，CD103+T细胞，树突状细胞（DC）和DC样巨噬细胞数量巨大。

文章最后认为，病毒抗原触发了肿瘤特异性T细胞反应，形成了有利的免疫结构有助于肿瘤对标准治疗的反应。因此，增强HPV16特异性T细胞活性有助于促进这一过程的进行。
