在非炎性细胞存在下的微球降解导致非常低的降解速率。巨噬细胞表达基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂(TIMPs)与观察到的表型依赖性降解速率一致。负载BMP2的微球和巨噬细胞与分离的脂肪来源的间充质干细胞(MSC)的间接共培养显示,M1巨噬细胞产生最强的成骨反应,与伴有BMP2的直接补充培养基相当。

综上所述 ,该研究结果表明,与炎症反应同步的控制释放系统有可能更好的控制生长因子的释放,因此可以改善顽固性伤口的愈合。
