CLIN CANCER RES:高风险肾细胞癌患者复发评分

Sunitinib辅助治疗可以延长局部高风险肾细胞癌患者的无病生存。之前的研究建立了16基因复发评分并得到验证可以评估肾细胞癌患者肾切除术后疾病复发风险。CLIN CANCER RES近期发表了一篇文章,进一步分析复发评分结果与预测Sunitinib获益之间的关系。

Sunitinib辅助治疗可以延长局部高风险肾细胞癌患者的无病生存。之前的研究建立了16基因复发评分并得到验证可以评估肾细胞癌患者肾切除术后疾病复发风险。CLIN CANCER RES近期发表了一篇文章,进一步分析复发评分结果与预测Sunitinib获益之间的关系。

作者根据特定基因,算法,终点以及分析方法提前进行设计。212例患者的原发肾细胞癌标本可用,主要的分析集中于T3期肾细胞癌患者。使用RT-PCR评估基因表达情况。使用Cox模型分析出现复发时间,无病生存以及肾癌特异性生存情况。研究结果表明,进行复发风险评分的患者与未进行的患者组间基线相似,进行复发风险评分的患者中,Sunitinib与对照组基线也相似。在两组中复发风险评分均可以预测出现复发时间,无病生存以及肾癌特异性生存,其中对照组的效果最明显。比较高复发风险评分与低复发风险评分组时,对照组复发的风险比为9.18.

文章最后认为,在S-TRAC试验中确认了16基因复发风险评分的预后作用。复发风险评分结果可能有助于识别高复发风险的患者,从而可以使这些患者在辅助治疗中获益。
