Lancet Psychiat：儿童焦虑症治疗方法比较

家长指导下的认知行为疗法和着重于解决方案的疗法对于儿童焦虑症患者临床效果方面无显著差异，但前者更具有成本效益，应作为一线的儿童焦虑症治疗方法

统计发现，约一半的终生焦虑症患者在12岁前发病且没有接受充分有效的心理治疗。近日研究人员比较了两种简易心理治疗方法--家长指导下的认知行为疗法(CBT)和着重于解决方案的疗法(SFBT)对儿童焦虑的临床效果和成本-效果。

研究在英国进行，5-12岁的焦虑症患儿随机接受一种治疗方法。主要终点是CGI-I评估的临床恢复分数。治疗效果评估在基线、治疗完成以及治疗结束后6个月进行。使用质量修正生命年 (QALYs) 评估治疗成本-效果。

共136名患儿参与，其中CBT组68人，SFBT组68人。研究发现，CBT组中有40人以及SFBT组中有47人的CGI-I得分显著提高，治疗组间无显著差异(CGI-I分数相对差异1.01， 95% CI 0.86-1.19； p=0.95；QALYs平均差异0.006， -0.009 - 0.02； p=0.42)。CBT治疗费用较低(平均差异- 448英镑； 95% CI -9340-37； p=0.070)，考虑到抽样的不确定性，CBT疗法更具成本效益。

研究认为，家长指导下的认知行为疗法和着重于解决方案的疗法对于儿童焦虑症患者临床效果方面无显著差异，但前者更具有成本效益，应作为一线的儿童焦虑症治疗方法。
