颈环牙本质(PCD)的缺失会增加根充牙齿牙根断裂的风险。这篇研究的目的是为了评估PCD与复合树脂(CR)的粘接对已行根充的上颌前磨牙折裂时牙根微小应力分布及负荷的影响。研究选取10颗上颌单根前磨牙，均为残冠，冠顶至秞牙骨质界(CEJ)为2 mm。使用ProTaper Universal instruments (Dentsply Tulsa Dental Specialties， Tulsa， OK)进行根管预备至F3。随后使用古塔胶(GP)根充至CEJ处并采用Cavit (3M Deutschland GmbH， Neuss， Germany)进行修复(GP组， n = 5)，或使用GP充填至根尖距CEJ 6 mm处并使用bonded CR进行修复以模拟PCD粘接(bonded PCD组， n = 5)。采用数字云干涉测量法评估牙齿在术前和术后于生理负荷下(10-50 N)根部牙本质的整体微小应力分布。再选取30颗前磨牙，按照类似于组1和2的方法进行处理，不处理作为对照组(n = 10/组)，随后进行循环负荷(1.2 million cycles， 45 N， 4 Hz)，紧接着进行
