由此可见,合并的恶性肿瘤与肺结核患者院内死亡风险增加有关。没有足够的证据证实痰涂片阳性、男性、糖尿病和既往结核感染是结核病患者住院期间死亡率的预测指标。

肺结核(PTB)患者的院内死亡率与哪些因素有关,尚不明确。近日,Scientific reports杂志上发表了一篇研究文章,该系统回顾和荟萃分析的目的是明确PTB患者住院期间死亡率的预测因素。

研究人员检索了MEDLINE、EMBASE和Global Health等数据库,确定了报告PTB患者院内死亡风险因素的队列和病例对照研究。研究人员汇集了评估这种相关性的所有因素,并将相关性通过合并的比值比(OR)表示出来。

研究人员确定了2969条记录,其中研究人员检索了51篇全文; 11项队列研究评估了5468例符合条件的患者。中等质量证据表明合并的恶性肿瘤与院内死亡率相关(OR为1.85; 95%CI为1.01-3.40)。低质量证据显示与痰涂片阳性(OR为0.99; 95%CI为0.40-2.48)或男性(OR为1.09,95%CI为0.84-1.41)无关,且极低质量的证据显示与糖尿病(OR为1.31,95%IC为0.38-4.46)和先前的TB感染(OR为2.66,95%CI为0.48-14.87)无关。

由此可见,合并的恶性肿瘤与肺结核患者院内死亡风险增加有关。没有足够的证据证实痰涂片阳性、男性、糖尿病和既往结核感染是结核病患者住院期间死亡率的预测指标。
