JCEM：左旋甲状腺素可改善亚临床甲减患者胃动力障碍

该研究中，20例绝经前SCH女性和20例年龄和体重指数（BMI）匹配的健康受试者纳入研究。为了显示胃肠蠕动变化利用胃轻瘫主要症状严重程度指数（GCSI）问卷，并测量胃电（EGG）活动。混合餐试验(MMT)期间测量空腹和餐后30分钟、60分钟和120分钟生长激素释放肽。6个月后，当患者甲状腺功能正常时，所有试验重复一次。

该研究结果表明，与对照组相比，SCH患者GCSI、EGG的空腹胃动过速比例和餐后/空腹胃动过缓比值均高于正常对照组。左旋甲状腺素替代治疗后，所有三项参数均显著改善，达到与对照组相似的水平。SCH组与对照组之间、以及SCH患者左旋甲状腺素替代治疗前后，基线和MMT期间生长激素释放肽曲线下面积没有差异。

该研究发现，SCH可观察到胃动力障碍以及由此而产生的上消化道症状，并且甲状腺激素替代治疗后，与症状相关的动力障碍和参数出现改善。同时，该研究结果提示SCH女性和健康女性之间餐后生长激素释放肽水平相似，且通过左旋甲状腺素治疗使甲状腺功能正常化不能调节生长激素释放肽水平。
