Cell:硫利达嗪成功消灭人体白血病干细胞 MedSci点评：可能很多读者并不在意这一研究，因为有关肿瘤干细胞的研究实在太多了。但是这却是唯一从传统化学药物中发现具有靶向肿瘤干细胞的 药物，这为靶向肿瘤干细胞提供新的契机。虽然目前还不能找到所谓的肿瘤干细胞专属markers，但是从小分子中筛选有效药物，却是重要的途径。硫利达嗪可能为肿瘤干细胞靶向小分子药物提供一个思路，也值得深入探究其中的分子
