细胞融合是胎盘滋养细胞分化的重要标志,成熟的合胞滋养细胞在胎母细胞交换和妊娠相关激素的产生中发挥着重要作用。利用成熟的体外滋养细胞分化模型,我们对滋养细胞和合胞滋养细胞培养中mRNA的表达进行了微阵列分析。在滋养细胞分化过程中,基因表达模式发生了显著变化。实时PCR分析证实了微阵列数据的可靠性。超过3524个新的和已知的基因被发现有2倍的上调或下调。许多细胞周期调控因子,包括CDC6CDC20Cyclins B2L1E2,在合胞滋养细胞中下调,为滋养细胞分化过程中有丝分裂活性的丧失提供了机制。对已鉴定基因的进一步鉴定可能有助于更好地了解子痫前期等产科疾病的胎盘病理生理学。
