Biomaterials:新型多功能复合纳米材料可用于骨骼肌的再生

在PCEG纳米复合材料中,PCE提供了仿生弹性行为,并且还原型氧化石墨烯(RGO)赋予了材料更强的机械强度和导电性。材料的高弹性行为明显提高了PCEG纳米复合材料的模量(400%-800%)和强度(200%-300%),并获得了可控生物降解性和电化学导电性。PCEG纳米复合材料可显著提高成肌细胞的增殖和成肌分化。将PCEG纳米复合材料植入大鼠皮下组织,4周后观察发现材料的体内生物相容性较高。PCEG纳米复合材料可显著增强骨骼肌损伤大鼠模型的体内肌肉纤维和血管的形成。

综上所述,该研究为开发高生物相容性的多功能弹性体纳米复合材料提供一个新的战略,以用于软组织再生和可拉伸的生物电子器件。
