结果显示,Ti颗粒导致MSCs和FU中细胞活力的时间依赖性降低和ROS产生的增加。组织分析显示存在氧化应激,高的细胞外和细胞内Ti水平以及不平衡的骨转换。ZFP467的高表达和脂肪样组织的存在表明MSC群体失调;血管形态也发生了改变。

结果表明,Ti颗粒可能诱导高ROS水平的产生,募集异常数量的嗜中性白细胞,能够产生高水平的金属蛋白酶,导致胶原纤维的降解。这些事件可能会影响MSC的分化,并导致骨再生失衡。
